Will Polynesian ever add another pool? It seems to me the pool capacity is not adequate to handle the resort capacity... anyone else think the same?

Won't happen, neither will a pool of BC's scale. You're supposed to pay for the water park. $$$$

I can imagine something going in if Poly tower gets built (big if), but I doubt it will be as good as the existing pools.

I travel off peak, and I've never seen either Poly pool anywhere close to crowded, pre- or post-Covid.

Didn't they just add one 3 years ago?.....A drink/snack bar too...
That was a refurb. Pool was already there.

The reality is that Poly has always had more guests than pool space. This isn't new. But if they use some of the space near luau cove or the old Lilo's, it'll be more guest rooms, not an amenity that doesn't generate revenue in its own right.

The pool that was shown in the original plans while adding DVC was definitely an upgrade. Then the DVC cold feet set in.

We love the oasis pool. If it’s too crowded we talk a walk and try our luck with the quiet pool at Grand Floridian.

We were just there in December - week before Christmas and it was super crowded.

It also is very dependent on the time of day as well, we were just there week after Christmas and because it's just two of us no kids we typically went between 10am and 2pm...I feel like once you hit 2pm it's prime time for nap time for younger siblings and there are a lot more people in the pool. Earlyish not so much maybe 20 people at each of the pools when we went each of the three days. But late afternoon and evening you could definitely see an uptick in pool attendance.

If Riviera's pools are any indication it seems this is certainly the case.
I agree. We took a trip last year to the Yatch Club just for SAB. Didn't buy not one park ticket.
