Is there a gym at the Polynesian?

No gym but I think you can use the gym @ GF. You could take the monarail or just walk/run over. It's about a 120 min walk to the GF.

No, but I believe that you can use the Fitness Center at the Grand Floridian.

Hi,

My husband will be doing this in 12 days! There usually is a fee for using the gym but they are doing a special right now so there is no fee.

And I've never done the walk myself, but I think it may be shorter than 20 min. maybe that was 12 min.? I could be wrong, I'll let you know August 8th when I'm back.

I could...use the 20 minute walk but..........I'll use the 2 minute Monorail to go to GF. Lol. Thanks for the info.

The walk from GCH to the GF Health Club is well under a mile, 10-12 min for most people. You'd have to work to make it last 20 min.
