I am considering a Poly Villa Studio Standard for next February. I have a few questions. Are these rooms in a particular building usually? It has a queen and a sleeper sofa. Any experience with the sleeper sofa? Is it comfortable? What are the chances that this will view the construction of the new tower?
TIA

Hi, the Polynesian Studio Villa rooms are all in the Tokelau, Moorea, and Pago Pago longhouses.

Note that unlike the ‘hotel side’ longhouses, all the of these buildings have patios on the first floor and balconies on the second and third floors, so no worries about not getting an outdoor space (the hotel side longhouses don’t have balconies on the second floor).

These three longhouses are on the opposite side of the resort from the DVC tower currently under construction, so no concerns at all with views or noise.

Note the bedding is one queen, one queen-sized pull down Murphy bed, and one single pull down bed.
Hope that helps!

A Studio Villa will be in one of the DVC buildings, which are on the east side of the resort, next to the TTC, as far from the tower construction as possible. The villa will have a queen bed and a queen Murphy bed that comes down over the couch, as well as a bunk-size Murphy under the TV. The queen Murphy is reportedly very comfortable, way more than any sofa bed.

Perfect! Thank you!

I think you mean East side of the resort. The new DVC multi-story building is on the west side of the resort.

:upsidedow Oops, you’re right. I was multitasking and flipped it. I’ll fix my post. Thanks.
