Hi Jackie! I know about the monorail, scary! I don't think anyone was hurt, thankfully, but how frightening! The next day Dad made up a horror story set on a monorail and told it to us...on the monorail to Epcot!
I liked Summer Nightastic a lot, it was really cute with fairies and pirates! Is it still Nightastic or did they go back to Wishes now? lol, and we did have a lot of fun.
OOOOooohhhh, I LOVE Vera Bradley.lol, I applied for a job with them but I doubt I'll get it.
ANYway, what are looking for? They do have canvas and straw bags now, but the classic VB is the signature collection (I think it's called) of quilted bags. They have some really cute bag styles -- I've seen a lot of people using a backpack or a hipster at WDW, my two current favorites are the saddle bag and the Eloise:

I use a saddle bag for school and it's really cute and handy! And a way to save money might be to look whatever style you like in the sale colors (soon-to-be retired patterns). Although sometimes the new patterns are too pretty to resist - I love English Meadow and Watercolor, so delicate and elegant! I'd love to hear if you get anything!
And update coming up!
Ooh, I love Vera too! Good luck with the job...did you apply for a position at a signature store or just for the company in general?
The watercolor pattern is SOOOO pretty! I just got my mom the new quick draw bag in that print for Mother's Day. I may have to get something for myself in it too even though I don't need any more VB stuff.
To Disney_Jackie, I usually use the hipster when we go to WDW. It's a great size and so nice because you don't have to carry it. But the saddle up is great too...that's the bag I'm using now!
