Polynesian shirt help

DH spent one night on property 2 weeks ago, and during a stop at the Polynesian (his favorite) he found a shirt he liked. Since we didn't have our DVC card I told him to hold off because according to things I'd read, I could order it when we got home (we were staying at WL and it was pouring rain so we never got back over to the Poly).
Now when I go to the shop disney app, I can't find it. I look for "Polynesian shirt" and it doesn't show up. I even took a pic of the price tag with the UPC, but the code doesn't bring anything up.
Am I doing something wrong, or shopping on the wrong site? I'd really like to get it for him and we have no WDW plans until 2021.

Maybe call the ShopDisney phone number, give them the UPC code and see if they can pull it up.

You can also call guest services or call the Poly itself and ask to be transferred to BouTiki. With should be able to get the shirt shipped out to you.

The "new and improved" shop Disney has a fraction of Disney Parks merch and that, imho, that stinks!

If you call the Polynesian telephone number it is being answered by a Call Center that may not even be in Florida.
Do you have a different number?

Call guest services. My daughter wanted the dole whip hat. She never got around to buying it in WDW last July, so she looked for it in Disneyland two months ago. They were sold out.

My husband called Guest services when we got home. They hooked him up with a personal concierge service. They found the hat, and within a couple of days, it arrived at our home.

Call Guest Services. They are customer service heroes. My son once left a Mickey Mouse hat in the airport on the way home. His little 8-year-old heart was broken. I called guest services and some very patient person went through descriptions of all of the Mickey Mouse baseball caps sold in the parks until we found the one that he had lost. That was with only my description to go on. Since you have the UPC code, it should be easy for them to search for it. Good luck!
