No, not unless you book a certain room category - like a club level room - which is in a dedicated building. For everything else you can request a building, but you won't know for sure until that day.

No there isn't really a way to do that however you can request a room in a specific area or building around the resort, but it is not always certain that you will get that room, and you will not be able to know until your arrival
