I'm still trying to decide where to stay for our trip next year, it'll be myself, sister, father and ds 10 and dd 8.
Will the room size be large enough for us? Has anyone done this before? We will be staying concierge so the lounge area is a big plus also.
They do allow 5 in a room there? I sure hope so.
Thanks.

The rooms are pretty good sized. 2 queen beds and one day bed that is the same as a twin. So, yes, it can sleep 5 but that assumes that there will be 2 in each of the queens and one in the twin.

We had been stayed at the YC/BC for several years. We tried the Poly back in February and were amazed at how much larger the rooms are. I'm thinking they are a bit over 400 sq. feet. We loved the Poly. So much so that we're going back 7/6.

I think your family will be quite comfortable there.

If you're concerned about the day bed, its a suitable sleeping size. My husband (6'0") fell asleep on it while I was unpacking our suitcases using both beds.

DD(14) and I just returned from Poly LV concierge, and we felt like we were swimming in those rooms!;) Granted, there were just 2 of us, but the amount of room between the beds and daybed, armoire with TV, was huge! Plenty of room for 5, we've stayed there with all 5 members in the past. One of the best choices for 5 in a room, IMO.

And, the daybed, my kids always fought over who got to sleep there. They had to make up a daily schedule, take turns!:p It's quite large, I took a nap on it this last trip, I'm short but kinda wide, and it was very comfy!!::yes::

We just got from Poly Concierge and the rooms are wonderful! The "daybed" is as previous posts have said is twin size and my DH took a nap there several time and he's 6'4" and was comfortable. The rooms are roomy enough, we had two DD and had a couple of friends come to take us out to eat and it didn't feel cramped at all.

Enjoy your stay :) You'll love it.

I'm now planning our next trip in 3 years :hyper: :hyper:

I was there in Jan with me, DH, DD(4), DS(3), DD(1) and another adult friend. We rented a full size crib and had both a single and double stroller and didn't feel too cramped. Of course the lounge was a great help. Adults could go there to read/relax while 1 stayed with kids napping or if they went to bed early. Can't wait to return in Oct.
