Ok. But you didn’t say “Epcot monorail” - which affects all the monorail resorts, not just Poly. So it was easy to misinterpret.

Hmm. I would think some people would enjoy the classic Polynesian style rooms without characters. Seems more sophisticated for say a honeymoon trip. Like I said, I’m happy with the new look though!

I wasn't expecting to like the new look in the least. I will say that I was honestly pretty blown away by the new design.

We had avoided Poly in the past as I really didn't like all the dark tones used in the rooms. I absolutely adore the new color scheme and how bright & airy they appear to be now. I also actually like the way they incorporated the Moana theming. It didn't end up being as overpowering as I was initially expecting. We changed our fall reservation from the BC to the Poly as a result.
