My family stayed there in Dec 2003. It was nothing fancy but we loved the place. We had a new unit and it was very nice. We didn't participate in any functions but I don't think they offered too many. It was very quiet. The only thing I didn't care for was the location of the W/D. With the newer units(I think they were around 10 years old), you have to share with your neighbor. They were right outside your door between the 2 units. The customer reps were very accomadating, they put us next to a unit the was down for maintenance so we didn't have to share. The older units have the W/D in them but don't have a whirpool in the master bath. Let me know if you have any other questions.
