Ummm, so it's okay for you to come on this board and say you don't like the Poly, but it's NOT okay for Tikiman to share his POSITIVE experiances there? Just because YOU don't like it, doesn't mean HE (or anyone else) can't.

You've shared your opinion. That's fine, you are 100% entitled. But you should have just left it at that, rather than call those that like the Poly "off their rockers" and suggest another board member switch HIS favorite resort just because YOU didn't like it there.

For all of those who do not like the Poly. OK, you don't like the Poly, no big deal. I know we have had many good experiences there and no problems with any CM's while staying there. Some people think Disney must place all the CM's with bad attitudes at a certain resort. A few month ago it was the CR's turn to get bad mouthed. I know one thing, for all the complaining, it still is one of the most popular resorts on property and has a very large following of return guest. I think that says a lot. I would not try and bad mouth anyone simply because they have a different point of view from mine. Lets try and keep this post alive by stopping all the flaming...smjj

Stayed at Poly a couple of years ago week before Christmas. My stay there was nice and no problem with cast members except for check-in. Was going to check-in early in morning, understanding I would not get a room until later in the day, so arrived at front desk around 8:30AM. There was one CM at the desk helping another guest with a room problem and another person in line in front of me. The conversation with the first person went on for 10 minutes, then a couple of friends of the person talking to the CM came up to the desk and they all got into a room discussion. It was obviously a big problem. By then there were 5-6 people in line and no other cast members at front desk. After 15 minutes I just gave up and went back to car to get family and head to MK. When we walked back through lobby a few minutes after I had left CM still talking to first person and no other CMs at desk and 7-8 people in line.

Only time I've ever had a problem like that at a resort front desk.
