I would like to know if you can alter what is on the menu. For example for breakfast if you want 2 scrambled,poached,or fried eggs w/a fruit cup & an English muffin w/jam can you order that? or if you want cereal w/strawberries? & If ordering a waffle/pancakes can you get them plain w/syrup on the side? & For the sandwiches do they list what is on it like mayo & you can get it w/out? & Can you create your own sandwich if you just want something like turkey & swiss?

In the TS restaurants you can easily ask.
In Captain Cooke's CS, you put your order in on a touch screen...hard to adjust things without trying to yell to someone behind the counter.

Kona Cafe & Captian Cooks. Like at Kona Cafe can you order cereal w/fruit & toast?(since they have cereal on the room service menu?) & At Captian Cooks I am interested in:
-Aloha pork sandwich
-Multigrain turkey club
-Polynesian tossed salad
What is in those? I can say what I want/don't want on it?(Like would they have swiss cheese & avaocodo for the turkey club?) & I can get a single cheeseburger w/onion/lettuce/tomato on multigrain bread? Sorry I guess I'm a picky eater & I like customizing my own order!

At Captain Cook's, if you want to modify what you would like to order, bypass the touch screens and go right to the cashier and he/she will enter the order the way you would like it to be. Most cms are happy to do this for you.

Any restaurant at Disney will allow you leave sauces, dressings, etc. off your meal. So, yes, you definitely can get sandwiches without mayo, and waffles with syrup on the side.

They'll do their best with modifying menu items as well, but you have to remember that they can only work with the ingredients that they have on hand, and they'll likely only have the ingredients they need to make the items on their menu. So, they may not have strawberries, or swiss cheese, or avocado.
