Is there a points chart or pricing available anywhere now that Poly will be in sale for current DVc owners?

$160 per point according to poster on the Facebook announcement. That's what they were told when they called.

Great. Anyone know how many points and studio will be during the summer season?

I just got off the phone with my guide. I'm in NY and apparently NY has not signed off yet and my guide legally can't give any information. Hopefully by Monday.

I do not see anything saying 160 pp on their facebook page. Did i miss it?

I heard the same thing through my source...$160.00 per point and going to $165.00 after 30 days. Price is for members only. First occupancy will be April 1st.

So, I guess they only decided to increase the point cost on existing properties and not on the new properties. That's probably a wise decision on their part. $180 sounded really high!

Was in a comment on the announcement posted to AllEars.net Facebook page. Someone said they called their guide and that's what they were told. Others have been told no price or points chart until Monday.

Guide told me today that vgf price is not going to be raised prior to poly sales on Monday. So it looks like poly will open at 160 and vgf for now holding at 165. I'm happy with 160! Think point chart will be more or less than vgf? Grand Floridian the flagship but poly newer with larger rooms and a 2066 expiration. Point chart will be interesting!

I still think the Poly will be slightly less than the VGF. gF is the flagship and is short on studios.

I agree with you. I feel this will happen for a couple of reasons.
1. This will "justify" the higher price point. We will most likely see the highest price per point thus making the line "it's ok because now you need XX less points compared to VGF" usable by the guides.
2. It will take the pressure off of the studios at VGF. So many that bought at VGF only purchased enough for studios but are having issue booking them. Now they can use their points at the Poly studios for less.

My guess would be 115per week during the adventure season.

I guess we will find out on Monday!

The declaration on the OCC web site states the the minimum (average) night will be 22 points for a std view studio, and 26 for a lake view studio. Bungalows 147 points.

The VGF declaration stated 22 points for a studio (not differentiating between studio and lake view) and 147 for grand villas.

So it looks like the Bungalows will basically use the VGF Grand Villa point chart, and the studios at the poly will be a wee bit more than those at the VGF

The point values in the filing were 22 for Studio Std, 26 for Studio Lake, and 146 for bungalow. The actual average points for VGF are -- wait for it -- 22 for Studio Std., 26 for Studio Lake, and 146 for Grand Villas. Therefore, the point chart for PVB should be identical to VGF Studios/Grand Villas. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3366323&page=2#post52858513
