we're doing the concierge thing How far in advance of our stay should we expect to see our personal itinerary arrive??? We booked w/ WDW travel Co. Also- DH wants to be on the 1st floor- any garden view rooms have better views than others?????? thanks

Tikiman just got back and gave a list of room numbers and buildings with great views. Some are GV with a view of the lagoon.

We received our personal itinerary about a month ago, and we're not leaving for Disney til September 22nd. I'm guessing about 3 months in advance. We've also requested a 1st floor in our GV concierge room.

From what I've heard, it's between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival. I never got one when I stayed at the Poly Concierge, so I wouldn't know for sure.
