Poly transportation - I'm worried

Okay, this is my first time staying at the Poly and I'm a bit worried about transportation around the World. Can anyone give me the lowdown on how I can get to each of the parks? Thanks so much!

You're going to LOVE the Poly! The monorail takes you directly to MK and Epcot, or you can take the ferry at the Poly marina (by the pool) directly to MK. You take a bus to AK and MGM. It's not bad at all!

The Poly is THE best resort for transportation. That was the major reason we chose that resort last year. We knew we would be going back for naps & wanted quick transportation. The monorail picks up at the resort or you can take the ferry for MK. Otherwise, it's a short walk (5 min) to the transportation center where you can pick up buses for MGM & AK and the monorail for Epcot.
You can also see the fireworks from MK on the beach. And don't forget to watch the electrical water pageant at night that goes around the lagoon.

I'm a little directionally-challenged, too. I always make sure I pick up a map on my way into a park. Don't hesitate to ask a Cast Member if you need directions. I've found them to be very helpful.

This isn't quite right.

You can take the monorail direct to the MK.

You can take a boat from the marina to the MK.

You can take the monorail all the way around to the TTC and transfer to Epcot monorail.

You can take buses right from the Poly to AK, MGM and DTD and water parks.

You can also walk to the TTC and take the monorail to Epcot or the ferry to MK ...sometimes your long house is very close to the TTC.
