Poly to AK?

Hello,
After breakfast with Lilo & Stitch we're going from the Poly to Animal Kingdom. What is the quickest way to get there?
We aren't staying at the Poly but at ASMu so we know to take the bus to MK then the monorail to Poly but how to get from Poly to Animal Kingdom park?
