That's amazing! Hope you'll be able to share some pics too.
Did you make that specific room number request, and how did you do it(online checkin vs. calling WDW, etc,). Hoping that we will be as lucky on our upcoming stay too!

asked for 3rd floor (best views) and that is what I got! the steps at Polyn are not hard and they do have elevators (very slow ones) - my best views have been on the ends - don't know how I got them?
2913 2914 3913 3914 2915 2916 3915 3916 Tokelau are all at end with decent views. 13/14 are slightly better as location of that side has a bout a 5% better angle than 15/16 side
If you are staying in Tokelau and your room does not have a great view, you could still go to the end of the building (facing the lake) on the third floor and watch from the deck landing. 3914 would have the very best view. We were in 3913 and the view was a little obstructed but better than most other rooms would be. I'd ask for 3rd floor on the Northwest corner of the building, and if you do not get it just go stand on the deck landing. We liked the studio for our family of 4 (with 2 boys, ages 4 and 7) but the shower curb was installed incorrectly so the water would puddle onto the floor. That was a minor annoyance though - overall we had a nice stay and loved the new pool and hot tub. Enjoy!
