Poly standard view - best location?

Wondering if Tuvalu would be a good choice or maybe Fiji or Samoa? Would love standard view advise?

My favorites are Fiji, luau cove side, first floor - you can walk right onto the little beach there in the evenings and watch the fireworks. I also like Rarotonga, third floor, facing the quiet pool - it's very centrally located with easy access to the GCH (only a few steps away) and the path to TTC for the EP monorail.

Best is subjective, but with Standard View I like Rarotonga. Good central location within the resort - quick walks to the Grand Ceremonial House (steps away), bus stop, and TTC to get to the Epcot monorail. Lots of Standard VIew room inventory.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't complain about being in Fiji or anywhere at Poly and any longhouse opinion is borderline splitting hairs - but I feel more isolated/away from things on the Fiji side of the resort. To me the more central location of Rarotonga makes for a very convenient home base for a Poly stay.

A few years ago we stayed in a standard Poly room in Samoa. It was amazing. Overlooked the pool and was even able to see the MK fireworks. Does anyone know if the Samoa rooms are still within the Standard view category? We're going again in August and would like to request the same. If not, probably gonna go w Raratonga.

Samoa has been pool view for a few years now.

I like Rarotonga. It's very convenient to the Grand Ceremonial House.
