Poly Standard Room vs. Poly Deluxe Studio Villa

This may sound like a silly question but what are the differences between the Poly standard room and the Deluxe studio? I just upgraded to the Villa after finding a coupon code and it turns out that it was more than $100 cheaper than my Standard room reservation. This seems a little too good to be true. We are a family of 5--2 adults, 2 kids and a toddler. When we stayed at the Poly last November we had a standard room and were very comfortable. I see that the Deluxe Studio only has 1 queen bed, a pull out and a fold down. I'm not sure if this would be as comfortable for us? Additionally, from what I remember, I think the Villas are farther away from the main lobby, Captain Cooks, etc.? Are the Deluxe Studios newer and are there any other benefits besides that they are called 'Deluxe'? Is there a specific room type/building that I should request?

The three DVC buildings are closer to the TTC, so a bit further from the main building. The sleeper sofa is queen sized and the murphy bed is bunk size (a bit smaller than twin sized). Deluxe is just an adjective they tacked on all DVC studio villas. You'll also have both a tub/shower combination and a stand alone shower in a separate space. The single toilet is in the tub/shower room. Both spaces have a single sink. You'll also have a small kitchenette with a microwave, under counter refrigerator (a bit bigger than the one in the hotel rooms), toaster, coffee pot (Mr Coffee style either 4-6 cup or 10-12 cup that uses flat bottom coffee filters. If you booked for cash through DRC, you get a daily full cleaning and replacement of disposables. There will be a laundry room on the first floor of Moorea that you can use.

With two people, it won't be a big difference, but with a family, I prefer a real bed to a pull-out bed any day.
