Poly room controller fax #?

Does anybody know the fax # to the room controller at the Poly? I have already placed my requests with CRO, but I will be travelling with a child with special needs and will be arriving after midnight, so I'm worried about getting our requests. (Our requests have to do with DS's needs.) I know even faxing is no guarantee, but thought it wouldn't hurt. In the past we have stayed concierge, & they were great about helping us out, but this time there was no concierge available. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks
