Poly restaurant/food question

I am thinking about changing resorts, but I am not sure if I will like the food that the poly restaurants have , has anyone been lately and maybe tell me what kind of food that the quick service has for breakfast and such any info would be greatly appreciated.

Go to allears.net and look under "dining." You can access the menus for all the restaurants in the Poly resort and see what you like.
I wouldn't worry about the food in any of the resorts - they will all have plain, basic foods available so picky eaters need not worry.

I stayed at Poly at the end of last year. We ate a couple times at Captain Cook's, which is the quick service location in the Great Ceremonial House. The food was fine for a quick meal. Breakfast items were eggs, tonga toast (stuffed french toast) and waffles. They also had a large cooler filled with all kinds of beverages and a section that all kinds of muffins and danishes. It was difficult to get a table to sit at, but we brought the food back to the room and that seemed like the way to go. Hope this helps! Regardless of the food, you will LOVE Poly. It is the best and the only place I ever stay in the World.

Capt Cooks is good, they have the typical breakfast platter, and tonga toast, they have tons of pastries, danishes and cold cereal etc.

They have a wonderful chicken veggie lo mein, grown up grill cheese and the best BBQ pork sandwich!

If you dont like it the CR is a monorail away and they have a nice CS place too.

In my opinion Kona Cafe is the best breakfast. I go for the Tonga Toast and the boys go for the Big K.
