Poly Resort Request/Booking Questions

I called Disney this morning to add a request to our Poly reservation. We want to stay in the Tahiti longhouse on the 3rd floor for our trip this November. The CM repeated it back to me but when I rec'd the e-mail confirm it read "RESORT Information:req tahiti building...bryce" no mention of the 3rd floor. Does that mean that the 3rd floor request is not there? I tried pulling up the confirm through "my reservations" but couldn't find the request anywhere through that site.

Also we are doing a split stay between Poly and CR. Should these two reservations be linked or noted together in their system?

Room requests don't always show up on confirmations. To be sure, you can phone reservations a couple of weeks before your arrival to make sure all your requests are there. Tahiti is a nice longhouse, we stayed next door in Tokelau, both longhouses have balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors, which is why I requested that location, plus its super close to TTC. Take a shortcut thru Raratonga to get to the GCH

Not necessary to link reservations as they are in different resorts.
