Poly Reservations Question

Hi everyone, I just made reservations for the week after Easter at the Poly. Thanks to Tikiman's site I chose just the building for us. "Fiji" Marina Side. The rep. told me that she would request this building on my reservation, however they can not promise you will get your request. Do they normally try to accomadate your request? What are my chances of actually getting what we want? Thanks for your response.
How do you get a countdown?

I would say 8 out of 10 guests get their request. The only reason you would not would be if the longhouse were full for your visit. I have even been moved after I got there or sometimes when we are checking in we go through the map with the CM to see what is open.
