HI,

Our family has decided to return to the Poly this Fall and I was wondering has anyone brought
their refillable mugs back with them the following year?
Is this frowned upon?
I was also wondering how often they change the mugs themselves considering we were there
last October my DH is wondering if it is the same graphic on the mug.

thanks everyone
:p

This is an oft-posted and contentious issue. Officially mugs are good for "your current length of stay." It has been said in the past that they were good forever. We were just at the Polynesian in earlier this month and the logo s the same as it has been since at least 1999. We also saw people filling every kind of mug imaginable including Big Gulps that you could swim in. Personally, we find it easier to pick up some soda at Publix on the way. This way you always have it in the room and don't have to worry about runningout. JMHO.

...and you can drink what you like if Coke products aren't your favorite.

The policy is "One mug, one resort, one visit". You'll more than likely see that posted at the place where the mugs are sold at the Poly. At Roaring Forks at WL this month the sign clearly read "Free Refills For The Length of Your Stay". They also had it posted on the front of the soft drink dispenser.

But from the attitude of a large majority of CMs, evidenced by eyewitness accounts like disneydentist's, the purchase of the mug themselves appears to be optional. So let you conscience be your guide.
