I have not seen the model rooms for this resort, but what would make me want to spend 841 pts for a week in a bungalow. I can stay at VGF for 2 weeks (808 pts) in a 2 bdr. I guess those rooms better be super plush for that price.

Nothing will make you do so and Disney does not care whether you ever stay in it. It cares whether it can sell all the points at Poly, both those applicable to the studios and bungalows, which, by making Poly just barely affordable to those who want the location and studios, is likley to occur since all those points applicable to the bungaloiws can be sold to those buying to get studios. Thus Disney will get back all its construction costs for the bungalows and a profit by selling all those points to those who can afford only studios. Moreover, since there will be significantly lower DVC demand for the bungalows, it will get to rent them to the public at a much higher percentage than other rooms at DVC resorts at WDW and to entice renrtals it will get to discount the rental price and make packages that include tickets and perks like possibly use concierge serves at Poly. And it will get to keep most of that rental income as profit after paying a small portion of it as breakage income to the association to offset some dues, and all of its usual costs of maintenance and repairs to support those rentals will be paid for out off the dues paid by all those purchasers who buy to get studios. In other words, having those bungalows as part of the mostly studio Poly DVC is a win win situation for Disney.
