Do all of the rooms at the Poly have balaconies? I was looking at some pictures and it looked like some rooms do not have balconies just a door with spindles directly outside of them.

You are correct. Most of the buildings only have balconies on the third floor of the buildings. Patios on the 1st floor and nothing on the 2nd floor. One exception to this that I know of is the Tokelau building, which also has balconies on the 2nd floor. HTH.
