Poly or WL?

Hi, even though I've stayed at the Poly before, I am considering the WL, is one better than the other, does one provide a service the other does'nt? Keep in mind that I will be travelling with my wife and 2 kids(teenager and a 3 year old), and we'll only be going to MK, also I can't switch resorts since I'll only be staying 2 nights.

Both resorts are very nice - and both offer the same type of deluxe ammenities (ie. room service,valet parking,interior room entry, etc. etc.). Differences are really theming and room size and PRICE. Oh, and resturuants at the resort but you can stay at one and eat at the other

If you haven't tried WL, you may want to just stay there for the different experience of theming and generally lower room prices or you may like the Poly better because the room size is bigger and it's on the monorail line.

You can't really go wrong with either though. Enjoy your trip!

I think I don't have a choice anymore, I called CRO and the WL isn't available for the rate I want so looks like I'm going back to the Poly!

Especially with the children along, you'll be happier with the convenience of transportation to Magic Kingdom from the Poly. You have monorail, small boats from Polynesian dock, or ferry boats from Transportation Center (if you're on that end of the Poly Resort).

Why not have lunch at the WL and spend a little time there? They have the cafeteria style food service, and you can eat outside next to little river or indoors if you prefer the air conditioning.

I'm a huge fan of WL. I just stayed there in the beginning of July for 11 days and I couldn't have been more impressed. My 4 year old son was exstatic and loved the atmosphere!
