We are going to WDW mid November and cannot decide which resort to stay at Poly or CBR. I am worried about transportation and waiting at bus stops or being on buses for a long time.

We always stayed at the Poly beca use of it's proximity to TTC and monorail, but it is $800 more for 5 days and we would like to save some $, but not at the expense of enjoying the trip.

Can anyone provide opinions on which to stay at. :confused3

THanks!

Transportation shouldn't be a problem at either resort in mid-november, the resorts shouldn't be crowded.

You can't really compare a deluxe to moderate, the deluxes are much nicer resorts. Obviously the Poly is a nicer, but if money is an issue, I don't think you will enjoy your trip any less at CBR. Those are my 2 favorite resorts, because I love the themeing. Give the CBR a shot, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I just noticed your from Hartford, CT. I'm from Waterbury.

Thanks for the info. Our youngest said last spring that he had never been to Disney (he was around 2 when we went) and it made me feel bad, even though we have done 2 Disney cruises instead. I am just very nervous about being miserable with waiting for buses.

Can you tell me the best place to stay in CBR - that's close to the main pool.

THanks again.

Trinidad North, Martinique, Jamiaca and Aruba are all fairly close. Barbados is farther a way, and Trinidad south is waaaay out there.

You don't mention the age of your kids or which parks you will be spending most of your time at but for $800.00 less, I would try CBR.

Have you considered the other moderates? Dh and I were quite impressed by CSR -- even at the end of a week at AKL.

My kids are 7 and 9. We will be going to each of the main parks and then either to Disney Quest or a water park (depending on weather).

We have older passes that we will be using for some of the days. Does anyone know if I have 2 pluses left on old ticket if I can use both of them on one day for both kids?

I used to think I was an expert at Disney, until I decided to change hotels and now I am all confused

CSR is centrally located to everything and your kids would love the main pool area at CSR. Check out my website below for pics of the pool, arcades and play area.

CORONADO SPRINGS:
Magic Kingdom: 4 miles
Epcot: 6 miles
Disney MGM Studios: 1 mile
Animal Kingdom: 4 miles

and Blizzard Beach is across the street from CSR.

You go on the world wide web and you get help from fellow Connecticut residents.
