poly or bwv???? help

We have BWV 1br bv for 4/4-4/12

We booked poly standard studio 4/2 and 4/3

Saw this am lake and standard open for whole stay 4/2-4/12

Me,dw,dd10 and dd9

Poly pool may or may not be ready. LOVE the poly but all the construction, and smaller room? But is it easter week so very crowded and will spend most of time in MK and epcot

Tough call! I'd probably do 3-4n at Poly. Get all your MK days done while at the Poly. Then switch to the BWV 1b. You really can't beat the BW view.... or the 1 bedroom!

I heard the BWV needs to be fixed up a bit. I read BWV is a bit worn
Is that true?
Or is BWV still a nice DVC?
We would be staying in a studio villa.
Please advice.

I'd keep the BWV 1 bedroom for the last part of the trip. 10 days in a studio without a washer/dryer is too long for me, not to mention the kitchen and extra space. Even though I don't cook on vacation, it's nice to have the full size refrigerator for leftovers and drinks. Plus there are two TVs, so you don't have to watch whatever the kids are watching, LOL (or share the remote with a channel flipping spouse).
