Planning a trip to WDW for spring 2017 with a crew of 6 (Wife, Daughter 1.0 (will be 4 years old), daughter 2.0 (will be 2 years old) and my parents (they're in their 50's).

Trying to make a tough call between the Poly and Bay Lake Tower...

The Polynesian looks amazing and the renovation is to the nines, literally perfect...

on the other hand walk to magic kingdom and the 1 bedroom villas are pulling me towards the BLT!

Any pro tips on either resort that could help tip the scales would be most appreciated!

Have a Magical Day!

Every time someone posts a question like this I respond the same-

Poly!

And I'm staying at CR this December lol.
In warmer months- poly hands down for transportation options, theme, and most of all-- the pool!

We stayed in a 1 Bedroom at the WL when we went in 2015. In-laws stayed on the pull out while Mom Dad and Daughter shared the bedroom. Worked great.

But yes 2 bedroom would be an improvement for sure.

i hear you! i hear you! Poly was my first 2nd and 3rd choice. We are also weighing going in March (daughters spring break) vs random week in May with less crowds. Does this change your answer at all?

I had a horrifying thought you planned to do 5 + child under 3 in a Poly villa.

Which is seriously horrifying to me!

I don't even like sleeping in the same room as my own kids, let alone more adults.

We took my mother in law with us on a short trip to the poly and all shared a room. We gave her the sofa bed and DS12 had pull down bed. Since the last time we had travelled with her she developed a horrible snoring problem! It was a disaster, I barely slept for 4 nights even after tracking down ear plugs! Never again! But we loved Poly and are going back for Thanksgiving week. We will just be one mother in law short this trip!

2 Poly studios for sure vs BLT one bedroom... With Poly you are getting 900 sq ft, 4 bathrooms and sleeping 10! I think it's only really a question of BLT 2bd vs 2 poly studios but even then I vote Poly because I'm biast lol
