Poly or BC Club Level?

We booked a stay at the BC, Club Level. We can save just over $1,400 by going to the Poly (same dates, tickets, etc.).

Any reason we wouldn't want to go to the Poly? We have stayed there before but not Club Level and not since the refurb of the resort. We loved it, but our kids are not little anymore so we are not going to be MK-centric in our touring. We have never stayed at BC, but loved our trip a couple of years ago to YC and you can't beat the location.

I would appreciate thoughts. TIA!

Knowing when you trip is could be helpful to deciding. Are both rooms CL?

We have stayed at the BC CL and loved it. The proximity to Epcot, HS and BW is so awesome and then there is the pool. The downside of the BC CL is that it has set hours when it opens and closes.

We haven't stayed at the Poly yet but arrive in 12 days for a GV CL stay. I've been reading like crazy find out all that I can. From what I gather you go to the Poly for the location, transportation, view and overall resort feel. That the CL food offering are kind of lacking.

I do know that the Poly/BC split stay is very popular maybe you should copy @mickey2minnie1 and do both.

To me a split stay would be the way to go.

It's not totally clear to me but I'm assuming it's Beach Club club level vs Polynesian Village standard room, is that correct?

I'd still do a split as your kids are not little. I'd think they'd enjoy both experiences.

IMHO, comparing BC and Poly is like apples and oranges. The Poly is lovely and the club level building and amenities are very nice, however, if your trip isn't MK-centric, you will be adding transportation time to EP and DHS. Poly also doesn't have quick access to the amount of dining and recreation options you would have within walking distance of BC. We've stayed at Poly many times, but have always found the EP resorts to be much, much more convenient (our trips aren't MK centric either, we are usually in EP at least every night to walk around and dine in WS). $1400 is a lot of money, though. I think if I were in your shoes, I would consider switching but I would really, really miss my daily strolls into EP and around the Boardwalk.

I'm assuming like a previous poster that this is comparing BC CL to a non CL room at Poly. If that is the case, I would go with BC CL definitely because my family in particular really enjoy the CL experience and we love BC. Also, we absolutely love the location for reasons mentioned above. Hope that helps!

Sorry, it is BC Club Level vs. Poly Club Level. Both are garden views. The price difference is just over $1,400.00.

And Poly CL is $1400 less than BC CL?

If that is the case, I would definitely stay at Poly CL hands down. I love BC CL but that difference is huge and from everything I've read Poly CL is awesome. I'm staying there for the first time this January and I'm so excited!:cool1:

I would go with Poly CL. We stayed there last year for the first time and loved it! The Hawaii building is close to the boat dock and it was not too long of a walk anywhere around the resort including to the TTC for the Epcot monorail. We really liked our room.

We love the Poly CL! I thought it was one of the best Cl's on property. One of my favorite things would be to watch Wishes from the Lobby, so much nicer than being in the crowds! You can get a drink and eat snack while watching Wishes, it's lovely.

I guess it's possible depending on any combination of view categories, discounts, etc, but are you sure you have the math right on Poly CL vs BC CL? I'm surprised it's that much. ??
