Poly Not Available 11/25

I will be arriving on 11/25 and staving through 12/1. I wanted to switch from the AKL to the Poly but it is full on 11/25. I didn't think this resort would fill up so fast. If anyone is cancelling or changing resorts please let me know. Does this hotel usually book up this fast?

Yes, the Polynesian usually books up quickly, but with that being said, keep calling!!! There are always cancellations. Try first thing in the morning when all systems are updated.

That's the end of Thanksgiving weekend and some people may extend their stay and leave on Monday.

Are you staying there as part of a package? If so, you may have to book that night as a room only. I had the same problem last year trying to book Poly with our package, but when I called for room only it was available. The resorts have so many rooms available for a package and so many available for room only so keep that in mind if it applies.

I just booked the Poly GV checking in on 11-25 and out on 11-28 a few days ago. I'm not sure if we'll keep this ressie but for now I have the deposit paid. Did you try modifying your dates a bit? It might not be the 25th that's a problem, but rather one of the later dates. I've learned to be creative on the website. For instance we wanted a certain resort for 9/12 to 9/16 but it was only available if we checked out on 9/18. At least at this point in time you can book what is available and then call back to modify the dates you REALLY wanted. ---Kathy
