Poly Luau

Hey there
Can anyone tell me about the poly luau? i have ps's already, just wanna know whats its like and is the food good?

we've been to the luau twice (once just DW and I and once to the "kids" version with the kids).

The one we went to alone was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and got to do the "Honeymoon/Anniversary" dance during the show. That was fun. It was actually the BEST cup of coffee I have ever had at WDW...in the middle of July (go figure LOL).

It was raining when we took the kids so it wasn't quite as spectular as the first time we went.

Food was just OK. Not a place I would go to just for the food - but we loved the luau and would go just for that again.

Went last year and the pineapple and salads was excellent. chicken and ribs were ok but family seemed to enjoy the evening despite the rain.

IMHO the Luau is the best dinner show at Disney. The food is good, the service is great, and the entertainment is wonderful. We never miss it.
