is the Luau, included in the dinning package, if so is it 1 or 2 sit down dinning credits ?

Many mixed reviews for the Spirit of Aloha Show on this forum. I have been two different times over a span of about 15 years. Show is not as good as it was back in the day. I would say it is "dated". I have also been to a couple of luaus in Hawaii and of course those shows were better. I did like the food selection and portions are plentiful and they are brought to the table and served family style.

If you have not seen a luau, I would go. If you might ever visit the islands, then I would wait for the real thing.

We enjoyed the Luau. If you haven't done it, IMO its worth doing. We will go back when we bring friends who haven't gone.

The luau is worth doing once. The food is good. Some of the aspects of the show are amazing to see but the story line is cheezy and kitchy. If you have an affinity for days gone by like the era portrayed in Dirty Dancing, you'll love it. I would do it again, my husband wouldn't.

We went in May and have never been to a "real" luau but really enjoyed this experience. We loved the food! I read a lot of negative reviews but really wanted to try it for myself and glad I did. It was 2 dining credits and well worth it imo.

HappyMomma put it best, if you have never been you will probably enjoy it once. We have done it once but having seen this in Hawaii myself I found it very average.

This is probably very true. That's why I wanted to see it before I go to Hawaii.:o

The Luau is two credits, but (some) alcohol and gratuity are included, so while it takes two credit, you save some money by not having to pay the tip that you would have to pay if you did two separate one credit restaurants. And you get wine and beer.
