Poly Luau

I read on another DIS thread that the luau is undergoing renovation in Jan & Feb 2003. Does anyone know if it will be closed during this time? My DH and I are going to WDW with a group of friends and one of them has his heart set on going to the Luau.

Please help me with an answer.

I don't know when it closes, but I believe it is closed until around Feb.28th. Call Disney and ask, I found out they would under rehab when I called to make ressies. Luckily, we will be going right after they re-open...yeah!!!!!

here are the dates they will be closed.

IMPORTANT NEWS: Polynesian Luau will be closed for refurbishment from January 7, 2003 until February 28, 2003.

Thank you for the link and the information. I am going to have one unhappy adult on my hands. He has been looking forward to the luau since we started planning the trip.
