Poly laundry room questions---lobbyarea?

Is the laundry room in it's own building? Should I take a book with me or is it off the lobby (which AK and WL are) so I can sit in the lobby and relax while waiting? Or do they chairs/tv etc in the laundry room?

it is in it's own building on the far right as you exit GCH, I took a book, and once the laundry was in the machines, I would go hang out at the quiet pool for a bit. They do have chairs, vending machine and a tv in the laundry room as well, it was my haven of quiet time LOL.

Unless the arcade use to be located in a different building, it is now located just to the left of Captin Cook's when you walk towards there.

Yes the arcade is now located in the Great Ceremonial House.

ok - If we end up staying in Tahiti which I will be requesting today for our trip Jan. 25-Feb 2 is the laundry room far away? I do not mind walking just trying to get an idea. Probably will do one or two loads when we are there. I did that last time at the Wilderness Lodge at night and it worked out well. It is so hard to plan on what the weather is going to do so you have to pack the big sweatshirts. Thanks!

No, Tahiti is not far from the building that houses the laundry.

As Deb said, it's in the same building as Tangaroa Terrace. However, it has a separate entrance on the parking lot side of the building. The door is locked during night hours so be sure to have your room key with you if you go early in the am or late at night.
