Poly Laua questions

I have two questions regarding this dinner show. Has anyone taken a 2yr old and a 3yr old to this? I was wondering if they were occupied by the show or if they were going to be bored. Also, we are going to disney at the end of this mos and we haven't made reservations for the Laua, will we be able to get in? There are 7 of us.

I personally feel this show is just ok. I took my 2 year old and she was bored. The show did not keep her attention and with the food being borderline good for the amount of $$ it costs I feel its just not worth it. Not to mention the food came out lukewarm at best.

Even my 6 year old, who is a pretty easy kid to entertain (and she loves to watch the "hula") was bored. She said it was okay, but would rather not do it again!

It's tough to keep the attention of the small kids enough through the whole show, which can move kind of slowly at times.

But my DS5 was absolutely mesmerized by the firedancer (so was I).

We were so intrigued that I barely noticed there were fireworks at MK going on at the same time.

Children will be bored up to the point where they bring out the Fire Dancer and then they will get their attention.

A better show for children is the HOOP DE DOO REVUE!

I think we have decided to skip the Luau with the kids and instead take them to Mickey's BBQ. That should hold their interest a litte more.

They will be bored and restless... save yourself the agony and go do something more fun!

I agree the Backyard BBQ with the characters would be more fun for the little ones and the old ones
