Poly Lagoon View Concierge E-mail Rate

Has anyone been able to book Poly LVC this fall with your e-mail or postcard rates

I know my friend tried for the end of Oct/beginning of Nov and no rooms at the Poly for the email. So even if I would have gotten it, I couldn't use it for the Halloween trip.

I did get the rate of 209.00 garden view but I just changed it to Contemporary Resort for 273.00 in December.

We got a postcard in today's mail. DH called and no concierge rooms (garden or lagoon) available in October (checked from Oct. 15 to the 31 in any combination to equal 9 nights) or the first two weeks in December. We were just wondering if anyone was lucky enough to get a Poly concierge room during that time or maybe there were none available.

I have GVC at the Poly booked at rack rate for 4 nights oct 29-Nov 2. I hope there will be Ap rates for GVC during this time. I don't want to pay rack rate. The IPO has already booked an Illuminations cruise and all my PS's already. If I have to pay rack rate then I won't be able to go in Dec. either.

I just received a postcard today and grabbed the Poly GVC for 9/30 - 10/3 at $335. per night,tax included for a quick surprise trip. We have never been to WDW for the MNSSHP. It works out perfect since the first date is on 10/1.

Good to know that a room or two was set aside at Poly Concierge for the email discount. I was beginning to wonder if they weren't.

We have a hold on BWI Conc. for 11/6-11 because first and second choices (AKLC & Poly GVC) not available.

Will just have to keep trying...

Guess I need to check daily for availability. Still nothing for my dates 11/6-11 at AKLC or POLY C. Hopefully, will catch a cancellation.

Also hoping that when AP discounts come out for Oct-Dec, there will be more discounted rooms available and if need be, can switch from e mail code to AP. Truthfully, I don't think the AP discount is going to be better but will change # of available rooms at discount.

I hope you get the resort you want ht Yesterday I called at least 30 times without zilch being available. Today I called 5 times before getting the lvc room.

I do recall her saying they had the AAA rate for LVC available so goodluck
