Poly IPO ?

Does it usually take the IPO at the Poly long to get back to you? I emailed them about a week ago with ADRs and to ask for CP and MVMCP tickets. I called the next day with credit card info, because I know some of these things require it. I recieved an email stating they made ADRs for me, but never heard back about the other things. Should I wait much longer, is this typical of them. I have stayed at the BC & BWI and the IPO planners there usually get back to me within hours and forward what ADRs and such that they have made so far. I've haven't gotten any thing from the Poly except Jeffrey telling me he made the ADRs, no times or confirmations. I don't want to be a pest, but I'd like to know what is going on.

I'm running into the same situation. I adore the YC/BW/BC planners, and have been left with quite a different impression on the Poly/WL office. I would certainly follow up on your reservations with them, but be sure to include all information about your reservation, so that they don't come back and ask you for it again. I wonder if it's a situation of understaffing over there.

Or the fact that they are being moved out currently for the renovations? All contact I have had with them has been quite prompt aside from this week. I just rack it up to them being busy.

Actually the work on Hawaii should not have any affect on the IPO, since their office is in the GCH. I have had really sporadic contact with the Poly IPO while planning our current trip. I am within my 90 day window and haven't gotten anything, no confirmations, nothing. Our last trip was to the BWI concierge and those ladies were on the ball, to say the least. I got daily updates during my 90 day window as they confirmed each request. For now, I am waiting patiently for my confirmations .
