Poly! Here we come!

Booked our WDW vacation today for six nights at the Poly. July 23 - 29 with a garden view room. We are excited about our choice. We stayed at WL last summer and really enjoyed it, but after dining over at Kona Cafe and walking the grounds, we debated about going back this summer and trying the Poly. Things fell into place this past week with flights and a package and now we are pumped.

We stayed at the Poly last year and decided to try WL this year. I liked the Poly a lot better than WL. I hope you have a great time!

We stayed at the WL on our last trip and loved it!! We decided it was our favorite. When I started planning our trip for this year it started out as us being there the week of Christmas staying at the WL. However my DH has since changed jobs, and his new boss just doesn't understand that I really wanted to be at WDW on Christmas while my DS's still believe in all that makes Christmas magical. Since I was so sad about not being at the MK on Christmas day, my DH said that I could book a MK view room at the Poly. I can't wait!!

I'm excited for you!! We atyed at the Poly last July and LOVED it. I'm not sure if I can ever stay anywhere else it was so great! We stayed in Tahiti and although it was a bit of a walk to the GCH, it was very convient to the TTC and we had a quiet almost private beach right outside our patio doors, complete with a hammock. It was Great for watching wishes.

We stayed at the WL in Apr 07, and will be staying at Poly the week of Aug. 10. I am happy to here everyone loves it. I have heard mouskeeping is not the best and I was a little worried.

Ditto! I thought I was the only one who loved the 'Poly smell'.

To the OP, you will love the Polynesian. Once you get hooked on the resort and how easy it is to get back and forth to the MK, it'll be hard to stay anywhere else.
