This is our first time staying at the Hawaii with a garden view. We know we do not want a 2nd floor room because there are no balconies. We are torn between requesting a first floor and third floor room.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, along with any pictures from the rooms. Thanks.

We prefer 3rd floor just to be higher up and no noise coming from on top of you (not that that’s a big problem at Poly). I wouldn’t be upset if we had a first floor room though.

I have had 3rd floor a few times GV side and 1st floor lagoon side. In the end I like them both. A balcony is more private but not having the rails block your view on the 1st floor is nice too. That and not needing an elevator or stairs heading to parks or pool.

We had a lovely room last year. Third floor facing the oasis pool. It was a bit far from the lounge, but it was very quiet. My request was first or third floor because we wanted the outdoor space. Watching the fireworks from the lounge is so great. I hope you have a great trip!

We had a really nice room on the 3rd floor, facing the quiet pool. I can not remember the room number, but it was right in the middle of the hallway.

We would have been happy with 1st or 3rd floor as a balcony/patio is a must. I would suggest, no 2nd floor.

stayed both 3rd and 1st. either are great. no noise issue on the 1st. I prefer third for privacy reasons but the first floor had its advantages too. easier in and out when hanging pool side.
