Is there anyway to guarantee connecting studios at Poly?

Do I need to call/chat up MS to request the connecting rooms?

Poly rooms were just reg hotel rooms , so 99%of rooms connect . Although no resort will guarantee , Poly will have no problem getting you connecting rooms.

Personally I would just email through the member site but those options would also work.

We had two studios booked this past February and added the request that we were traveling together and got connecting rooms no problem.

Call Member Services and ask them to link the reservations. Have done this on our last 3 stays and gotten connecting rooms each time.

As noted, you need to put in a request for the rooms to be connected. As to chances, in the now several years that Poly has been around I have not seen anyone report that they failed to get connecting rooms when requested, probably because the chances of getting that request met are extremely high -- every studio, except two, of the 360 studios at Poly connects to another studio.
