Poly/Grand Floridian Question

I am sure this is answered somewhere but I can't get the search to work. Are there buses to/from Epcot at the Poly or Grand Floridian or is it monorail only?

Monorail only via the TTC. So if you're at the Poly, you can walk to the TTC and hop on the Epcot monorail directly. If you're at GF, you need to take the resort monorail over to the TTC and switch there to the Epcot line.

Another option at the Grand Floridian is to walk to the Polynesian and continue walking to the TTC. However I think that would take to a lot more time, so it might be better to take the Monorail to the TTC, although you will 1st go to the Magic Kingdom and Contemporary before arriving there.
