The parking there is horrible as it is, with DVC it will be even worse, unless they do build a multi level garage.

I agree, parking, adding hot tub, bigger pool/second pool, maybe a play area like GFV/AKV/SSR, will all need to be addressed. I also suspect, based on popularity, they will not only increase # of rooms with DVC units, but also increase size/# of standard inn rooms. Maybe make height a few stories more. They run out of rooms regularly without losing rooms, and when someone picks FQ due to poly sold out of rooms, they realize this is pure profit..

We just returned from Disney World. During our stay I chatted with the person at the DVC booth at the poly. I asked him about DVC at poly and his words were "less than 1% of 1%". He said there was construction going on at one of the buildings that they might have thought would become DVC but they found out they were just upgrading the hotel rooms.
