I would like to fax over my room request (or email) does anyone have contact info. for Poly? How soon before we arrive should I make requests?

If you want to call with your room requests you can do that now. However you need to call CRO, because for whatever reason you can not call the Polynesian or any WDW Resort directly for room requests.

Call CRO to add the request to your reservation. The resort doesn't see any information about your reservation until the sytem dowloads it a few days before you check in and since you aren't going until August (per your signature) it won't do any good to contact the resort. Good luck.
