Poly connecting

Anyone hear of NOT getting connecting rooms when requested at the Poly?

My only room requests is connecting and upper floor. The reservations are noted as "traveling with."

Luckily 99% of studio's at Poly connect since they were reg hotel rooms originally. Higher floor is a very common request , that may not be available.
