Poly connecting rooms?

We'll be at the Poly in February with the rest of the Mardi Gras travellers from south LA. We have 2 rooms at Poly (no, it's not economical but DH loves the Poly). Any suggestions on the best way to get rooms with a door in between so that we are all together? Are there some longhouses that have connecting rooms where others do not?

Thanks!

We booked for Easter week and the CM told us the rooms are not guaranteed but he noted that on our reservation. We are doing concierge lagoon view so I am thinking we will be in Hawaii, but I've never stayed there so I don't know about any other buildings! Good luck

We have stayed in Samoa and Tahiti in connecting rooms. You can call back the number that you used to make the reservation and have them add a room request to your reservation for connecting rooms (not adjoining, that is just beside each other).

We usually ask for a certain building and, when we need them, connecting rooms. Then at check-in politely remind them that I had made a room request and they will usually tell you if your rooms connect.
