Poly Concierge?

Do you tell the guard at the gate or when you pull up with the luggage that you are staying in a Concierge ?

We've never told at the gate, but we do when we arrive at the front door valet. It's not very far from the gate, and I doubt that they woud even have time to radio over before you drove up to the valet. Even if they could, I doubt it would affect the way you are greeted/met. It's such a short distance, that the concierge "services" couldn't get any more "ready" for you. The only difference is that you will be taken by golf cart to the Hawaii building to register. The golf cart couldn't get any closer to you while you made that last 100 yard drive (if that) they are right there already.
Just tell them when you pull up to the front of the GCH. Although, come to think of it, if you wanted to, it wouldn't be weird or any big deal either way to say "we're checking into concierge at the hotel" as it is to say, "we're checking in". If you want to say concierge, go for it! They won't care, and you get to hear yourself say it, LOL!!
