I posted a message this moring in a hurry and it had a lot of errors - so let me try again
We booked the Poly Concierge for Sept 20-27 and was wondering if anyone knew how long before i would hear something from them. This is our first trip Concierge and would like to do some extra stuff that they can probably help us with. For example - breakfast at Cindy's

usually about 1-2 mths out from your arrival date. Unless you have booked through a travel agent then about 1-2 mths out you should contact them. Tikiman has the email on his website.
