Poly Concierge Room?

HAVE RESERVATION FOR OCT 31ST, REQUESTED 3RD FLOOR, MK VIEW. DO THESE ROOMS HAVE BALCONY?

We have stayed 3rd floor Poly., Hawaii House all three yrs we have been. They do have balconies. The first two times we had a view of the quiet pool. This time a lagoon view, which was great because we could watch the fireworks right from our balcony. Enjoy your stay.

Yes the poly concerige building has balcony's on the 3rd floor. This floor is smoking optional. 2nd floor has no balcony. sliding glass opens and you can look out. the concerige lounge is on 2nd floor. 1st floor has patio's. concerige office is on 1st floor.

Make sure you have paid for a Lagoon View versus a Garden View if you want to see the MK. You will LOVE poly concierge!!!!

We stayed in a Hawaii third floor lagoon (MK) view room a couple summers ago --- it was wonderful! We loved our view! I was glad we got the balcony, and the "smoking optional" didn't affect our stay at all. There were a few glitches with the concierge service (won't even get into the details, as it was a little over two years ago), but overall, we had a really nice trip - probably one of the best WDW trips we've taken.
