Poly Concierge Confusion

I am so confused. I understand that the Poly concierge is being relocated to the Tahiti building from its location at the Hawaii building. At first, I thought this had already occured. Then I read it hasn't happened yet.

Then I hear the dates are somewhat fluid for the move to take place. And once it does, as anyone who has experienced the trials and tribulations of doing home remodeling will tell you, who knows when the job will REALLY be finished! So having a "flexible" completion date is understandable.

We are going to be at the Poly concierge oct 21st -31st... where ever it is.... just would like to have some handle on whats going on over there.... Any ideas?

When I spoke to someone in concierge they told me June-Oct 17th. With that said we are checking in on May 31 and will be in Tahiti. That was also confirmed by concierge. I know they finished Samoa early maybe they will Hawaii as well.
